I don,t know if any of you other Pearlanders (Like Tey) had heard about this. The sign in front of city hall reads "Pearland's Hockey Experience" Sat, June 5 from 11a.m.-2p.m. at Centennial Park. Appearances by Chilly and the Strike force. Hands on instruction from the Aeros staff. Slap shot practice tunnel. Free food and fun. I thought that this would be a great oppertunity for us to hand out fliers (if there is anything made up yet) or maby even see if it is posible to set up some kind of BAHHA both.

Great head's up Mark! I think fliers at minimum, and a booth are excellent ideas! Thanks! Jeff

Jeff If you want to call the Pearland Parks and Recreation office, the # is 281-652-1673. I am pretty sure they are they ones putting it on. I would call, but I think it would be better if a board member asked about a booth. If we can't do a booth, Mindy and I would hapy to walk around, hand out fliers and talk kids (and parents) into joining our party. On the subject of fliers, If someone has marketing talent (unlike me) and can put together some sort of hand out or flier, let Jeff know. There is only a few weeks left in this school year and since we are now a non profit org., we can send info to the schools now. But there is not a lot of time left. This would be an excellent way to get the word out about our sport and the opportunity to share in our passion for the game.
